1. Overview
At The Passion Fashion (TPF), customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. As we operate through a print-on-demand (POD) model, all products are made to order. While we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind or sizing issues, we gladly accept replacements for eligible cases listed below.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
You can request a replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The product has printing issues (blurred, faded, incorrect placement)
- You received the wrong product (different design, color, or size)
- The product is torn or spoiled during delivery
3. Conditions for Valid Claims
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Raise the issue within 5 days of receiving the product
- Share a clear unboxing video showing the damage/wrong item
- Provide your Order ID and relevant images/videos

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of POD products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customer errors in size, color, or design selection
- Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
- Delayed deliveries caused by logistics partners or customer unavailability
- Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)
5. Refunds Policy
We do not issue refunds. If your complaint is valid, you will receive a free replacement for the same product. We do not offer:
- Store credit or gift cards
- Exchanges for different products
- Monetary refunds to bank accounts
6. Replacement Process
Once your claim is approved:
- A replacement order will be processed within 2–3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details
- No additional shipping or product cost will be charged
7. Who Covers Return Shipping?
- For valid replacement cases: TPF will bear the shipping cost
- If a product return is required (rare cases), we will guide you through the return pickup or label process
8. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- After 30 minutes, the product enters production and cannot be altered or refunded.

TPF reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised policy.
