Refund & Replacement Policy – The Passion Fashion (TPF)
1. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacements are only offered under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item or print delivered
- Low or defective print quality
- Product is torn/spoiled during delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Customized orders (e.g., personalized designs or names)
- Discounted/sale items
- Minor color variations or texture differences due to digital printing
- Delays caused by courier services
3. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement request, the customer must:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide the following:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the issue
- Order ID

4. Return Shipping for Defective Items
- The defective product must be returned to us for inspection.
- Whether the return shipping cost is covered by TPF or the customer depends on the situation and the nature of the defect.

- Only replacements are processed for eligible cases.
- Refunds will only be considered if the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
