Refund & Replacement Policy – The Passion Fashion (TPF)

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are only offered under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong item or print delivered
• Low or defective print quality
• Product is torn/spoiled during delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Customized orders (e.g., personalized designs or names)
• Discounted/sale items
• Minor color variations or texture differences due to digital printing
• Delays caused by courier services

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, the customer must:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Provide the following:
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the issue
  • Order ID

4. Return Shipping for Defective Items

• The defective product must be returned to us for inspection.
• Whether the return shipping cost is covered by TPF or the customer depends on the situation and the nature of the defect.
• If the issue is validated, a replacement will be sent free of cost.

5. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds.
• Only replacements are processed for eligible cases.
• Refunds will only be considered if the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.

6. General Disclaimer

• Slight variations in color or print positioning are natural in print-on-demand (POD) products and are not considered defects.
• Delivery delays due to logistics or external factors are not grounds for replacement or refund.
