At The Passion Fashion (TPF), we offer wholesale opportunities for registered businesses who wish to purchase our products in bulk. Please read our Wholesale Policy carefully before placing a wholesale order.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • Wholesale access is available only to registered businesses with valid business credentials.
  • Interested buyers must fill out our wholesale inquiry form to raise a quote request.
  • Upon review, our team will contact you to discuss the terms, customization (if any), and provide final pricing.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Discounts

  • The minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases is 10 units.
  • We offer a flat 5% discount on wholesale orders starting from 10+ units.
  • Larger quantities may qualify for additional discounts, subject to discussion.

3. Custom Designs & Branding

  • Wholesale buyers may provide their own custom designs for print.
  • Designs must be provided in high-resolution format. Alternatively, TPF’s design team can assist in creating designs depending on order size.
  • All products will be shipped without TPF branding, allowing buyers to sell under their own brand.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via:
    • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
    • UPI-based payments (PhonePe, GPay, etc.)
  • Buyers are required to make a 30% advance payment upon order confirmation.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid before dispatch of the bulk order.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • TPF will manage the complete process of production, packaging, and shipping for wholesale orders.
  • We provide bulk shipping support and may offer special shipping terms for high-volume orders.
  • Shipping timelines will be communicated during quotation and vary by order size and customization needs.

6. Replacements & Issue Resolution

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on wholesale orders.
  • Replacements are allowed only in case of:
    • Damaged products during transit
    • Incorrect items or misprints
  • All claims must be supported with clear photos/videos and submitted within the specified timeline, which varies by case and will be communicated at the time of order.

7. Resale Rights & Branding Use

  • Wholesale buyers must sell under their own brand and are not permitted to use The Passion Fashion (TPF) name, logo, or branding.
  • Buyers are allowed to resell the products on:
    • Their own website
    • Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
