1. Introduction

This Seller Policy outlines the terms and conditions for individuals and businesses (“Sellers”) who wish to sell their original designs and products through The Passion Fashion (TPF). By registering as a Seller, you agree to comply with this policy and any updates hereafter.

2. Seller Eligibility & Approval

All sellers must go through a manual approval process conducted by TPF.
Both registered businesses and individual creators are allowed to apply.
TPF reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate seller accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Product Ownership & Design Submission

Sellers may upload their own original product designs.
TPF must approve all products before they are listed on the website.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

4. Pricing & Revenue Share

Sellers have the freedom to set their own prices for each product.
TPF will apply a commission model based on product type and category.

5. Payouts to Sellers

Payouts will be processed twice a month, during the first and last week of each month.
Sellers must ensure their bank/payment details are accurate for timely transfers.
TPF may withhold or adjust payouts for returned/refunded products as per section 7.

6. Order Fulfillment

TPF, in partnership with Qikink, will handle all aspects of production, packaging, and delivery.
Sellers are not responsible for logistics unless specially approved by TPF in writing.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Service

If a product is returned due to defects, incorrect items, or printing issues, the refund will be deducted from the seller’s payout.
TPF will handle all customer support and communications.
In specific cases, TPF may involve the seller for design-related clarifications or quality concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers must upload only original designs they own or have rights to sell.
By listing a product, sellers grant TPF a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote the designs across marketing channels (e.g., social media, ads, website).
TPF will not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

9. Code of Conduct

Sellers agree to:

Submit truthful and accurate product listings
Not upload or sell content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful
Respond promptly to any official communication from TPF

10. Account Suspension & Termination

TPF reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts without notice for:
- Policy violations
- Repeated design rejections
- IP infringement
- Fraudulent behavior or poor customer outcomes
Terminated sellers will forfeit any pending listings and access to their dashboard.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Sellers must digitally accept this Seller Policy during the onboarding process.
By accepting, you enter into a binding agreement with TPF under Indian contract law.
